  Securely pack the item in its original Viltrox packaging, including all manuals, lens caps, pouches, and promotional items.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our designated electronics inspection facility using a tracked shipping method.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
